Why did the next run have a different layout?

The world is procedurally generated, so each run takes place in a unique world, and death is permanent. Steam store page A hotfix on 22 October 2020 made the game show the world seed and build every time a new game starts. Patch notes, 22 October 2020

Can I rearrange spells anywhere?

What can I do with a flask?

Steam's achievement list gives no conditions: each official description repeats the achievement's name. What does a Holy Mountain offer?

A Holy Mountain's heart restores full health; the 11 October 2019 update made it raise maximum HP by 10 as well.
