The world is procedurally generated, so each run takes place in a unique world, and death is permanent. Wands can be edited in a Holy Mountain. Throwing, spraying and drinking are separate actions: the 28 April 2020 update swapped the default Throw and Spray buttons and disabled drinking while swimming. Steam's achievement list gives no conditions: each official description repeats the achievement's name. A Holy Mountain's heart restores full health; the 11 October 2019 update made it raise maximum HP by 10 as well.
